Synopsis
Claims Master Group is a personal injury referral company based in west
London. Established in 2003 they had been mainly promoting their services offline through the
traditional medium of print. They approached us after trying to perform a basic online marketing
exercise in house without much success.
Challenges
Personal injury is a much sought after area on the internet, simply
because each client is worth so much. The prospect of obtaining leads through natural search provides
excellent return on investment for their business model. However, there are literally 100's of companies
on the internet with the same idea. So, given this heavily optimised area what did we do?
Solutions
Upon initial investigation, even though the personal injury seem extremely
competitive, the quality of sites was poor. Navigation, copy, design and content all left much to be
desired. We removed the flash intro, cleaned up the code, implemented a content management system,
employed expert law copywriters, developed an extremely targeted link campaign, changed the design
paying particular attention to site navigation.
Results
Starting in April 2005, our highly focused campaign ended in March of 2006
increasing Claims Master Groups search engine results position from page 30 for chosen key phrases to
No.1 in Google for the term "personal injury claim" with 35,000,000 competing pages. We also secured
Google front page for a number of associated phrases.
